Ms. Shiqin Wang has been practicing law since 2012 and is licensed in both China and State of New York. Ms. Wang specializes in civil and commercial litigation, taxation, trust and corporate law. She has provided professional advice to a variety of enterprises including semi-state-owned financial institutions’ equity merger, mortgage enforcement and litigation, as well as dispute resolution for construction companies.
Ms. Wang has been committed to legal services of trust and private equity fund formation and tax planning. She has helped many multinational corporations and high-net-worth families in global asset planning and tax planning, and also provided legal services such as the establishment of multinational corporations, the structural design and establishment of irrevocable trusts (including overseas trusts), and the planning and establishment of private equity funds under REG D and REG S for shareholders and executives of listed companies.
Besides, Ms. Wang has accumulated rich experience in real estate transactions and real estate litigation by completing approximately 150 real estate transactions every year. In the course of real estate transaction, she is able to employ a variety of legal tools such as trust, wills, and charitable gift to assist clients with asset arrangement and tax planning.
Ms. Wang graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Law and Japanese, and obtained a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Tax Law (LL.M.) from University of Washington. Ms. Wang is licensed in both China and State of New York.
