Mr. Zhang’s practice covers corporate law, intellectual property law, and private wealth and global resource mobility. Mr. Zhang is specialized in formulating innovative solutions for enterprises in various industries, connecting R&D with capital and market, bridging cultural differences, and integrating and expanding industry resources. In the past 15 years, Mr. Zhang has provided legal advices to numerous investors and projects, assisting them in designing organizational structure, proposing industry-complied business plans, and assessing the potential legal risks. Mr. Zhang has also helped hundreds of foreign elites and entrepreneurs obtain immigration status in the United States and assisted them to realize the smooth flow of both corporate and personal wealth and resources across the globe. Mr. Zhang used to work as the General Counsel at Beijing International Copyright Exchange Center where he successfully composed some innovative copyright transaction structures including the first copyright insurance project in China. Mr. Zhang also represented many multinational companies to formulate the overall intellectual properties strategies to protect their bands in China such as Victorinox, Nestle, Versace, Coach and Speedo.

Mr. Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from University of Durham (UK) and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Zhang proudly served in the U.S. Army for 8 years.
